After you have created your congress, you will land on the congress overview page.
The screenshot below provides an example of a congress overview where the PCO has access to all modules.
Explanation of all tiles
| The Congress information tile displays the basic information of the congress, such as the start and end dates, the language and the currency of the congress, and whether or not VAT applies. | |
| The Warning! tile shows a general warning for all modules. In the screenshot you see a warning that the congress setting 'Register with email address as username' is disabled. If this setting is enabled, the username field on the welcome screens will be hidden and the email address is used as the username instead. The unique email address/username can only be used once in the entire congress. This setting is required if you want to use an external platform such as Networkapp. If the setting is enabled, the Warning! tile is not visible. | |
The Participant module tile indicates whether the module is Active or still in Test mode, as shown in the screenshot. The number of submitted participants is also displayed.
| |
The Group module tile indicates whether the module is Inactive and not in use, or whether it is Active, and you can see how many groups and their participants are submitted.
The Session proposal module tile first needs to be activated to be able to use it. Once activated, it displays the number of submitted session proposals.
| |
| The Abstract module tile indicates whether the module is Active or still in Test mode, as shown in the screenshot. The number of submitted participants is also displayed. | |
The Review module tile indicates whether the module is Active or New, as shown in the screenshot. Once the module is active and the review process has started, you can track the progress of the reviewing.
