After you logged in, you will get to the following screen.
Right top of the screen
The 'Check VAT Number' feature has been added to the top of the Congress List page. Here you can quickly enter a VAT Number, and check if it is valid or not. Additionally the system will display an associated company name and address, if one is registered for said VAT number.
This validation is performed by the VIES service of the European Commission website.
Left top of the screen
In the left top of the screen you will see 4 icons.
The 'Clock' is for the PCO log files.
The 'Rear' icon is for the PCO settings.
A 'Default From Email Address' and a 'Default BCC Email Address' can now be configured in the 'PCO Settings' of your account.
The default email addresses that you enter into your 'PCO Settings' will automatically be applied as the defaults of your congress, and the defaults of your congress will automatically be applied to all new 'System Emails' and 'Custom Templates'.
Of course you are free to leave these fields empty and you can simply overrule them by entering a different email address in your desired email template.
Via the 'Envelope' icon you can see all notifications about adjustments and new features in Eventure.
The 'Arrow' icon is to logout.
Left blue menu
The blue menu on the left has several options.
The 'Membership list' is only visible if you have the Membership module.
In the 'User Management' you can give access to your new colleagues or delete accounts that are no longer used. If a person has the 'Owner' role, then he/she is able to add or delete colleagues.
In the 'Finances' option you can make your default settings for the VAT rates, your invoice templates and invoice stylng. If you create a new congress online, these settings will be copied. You can change it per congress.

The 'Exports' option in the blue main menu gives you the option to make an excel with all non submitted or submitted participants for the selected congresses.
After you have clicked on 'Select export data' in one of the excels, first choose your period and then select the congresses.
The 'Statistics' menu shows you all your congresses and their number of registrations per module.
Via the 'Search' option you can search persons in all modules in all your congresses.
The 'Support' menu lists all the ways you can contact us for support.
