This feature allows you to assign CME points to your registration types and registration events, design and style your own certificate templates and send them out to your registered participants.
Below you can find an overview of all the new features that are included in the certificate functionality:
- The new PCO 'Certificates' page allows you to create default certificate templates for a specified language and configure a default certificate styling. These templates can then be imported into your congresses, and the default styling will automatically be applied.
- The 'Certificate Templates' tab allows you to create your own certificate template.
You can provide your template with a title, and optionally configure an email attachment title as well.
The editor provides you with a basic set of placeholders, along with the CME Point Overview and the Total CME Points. Additionally you can configure what the CME Point Overview should look like, by configuring its text contents and their visibility.
You can generate a preview PDF of your certificate at any time by clicking the refresh iconat the bottom of the page. This will help you create the best looking certificate in no time!
- The 'Certificate Styling' tab allows you to configure various familiar styling options, such as the font, page margins, logo and footer, along with some new additions.
You can now choose the page orientation of your certificate, with landscape being the default. Additionally, you can upload a background image, and configure how that background image should be applied to the page. - Once you've navigated to your participant module, you'll find the same 'Certificates' page as before. Here you'll find the option to import one or more of your default templates into your congress, along with a 'Certificates' tab where you can view and download the certificates that were sent out to your participants.
- When you add or edit a registration type or registration event, you can now enter your desired number of CME Points. These points will automatically be applied to your submitted participants and can be displayed on the certificate, both in an overview and as a total score.
Any item that has CME Points assigned will be displayed with a certificate icon, which also shows you the assigned points when you hover over it.
- Before sending out your certificates, make sure to take a look at the new 'Certificate Of Attendance' email template. This template also gives you the option to add a 'Total CME Points' placeholder.
- Once you are ready to send out your certificates, navigate to the Participants page, click the email option at the top, then choose 'Send Certificate'. You will be prompted to choose a template, and will then be shown a list of available recipients. The 'Sent' column will let you know if someone has already received a certificate of your chosen template.
- When you open one of your participants, you will find the number of awarded CME Points at the top of the 'Participant Information' tab. You can also see the number of awarded CME Points per registration type and / or registration event on the 'Registration Data' tab.
Any participant that has been sent a certificate now has a new 'Certificates' tab as well. Here you can view and download their certificate, regenerate it, or directly edit the certificate for any custom changes you might want to make.
