Eventure has a number of standard emails that can be sent (automatically) to session leaders.
On the 'Standard emails and settings' page in the public module, you can make changes to the default system templates, setup your salutations, from & BCC, email styling, PDF styling and calendar items.
To view and configure one of these emails, click the 'View' button for the appropriate email.
When viewing an email you can perform one of the following actions:
- Click the 'Restore Default' button to remove the configuration and content of this email and restore to the default email.
- Click the 'Send Preview' button to send this email to one email address for one or more genders. With this you can send an email to yourself for testing purposes.
- Click the 'Edit' button to change the configuration and content of this email.
You can use your own email address to send the emails from. Email domains that are entered in the 'from' address field are now automatically verified, letting you know if sending out an email with that email domain is allowed or not.
Should an entered email domain not be verified, then any associated emails will be sent out with the default noreply@parthen.nl address instead. Your entered email address will then automatically be used as the reply-to address, allowing your recipients to still communicate with you.
If you wish to use your own email domain to send out emails, please contact our helpdesk so we can help you set up an SPF and DKIM record. We will set up your primary email domain at no additional costs.

Session leader confirmation
This email can be send to the session leaders to confirm their attendance to their assigned session(s).
Invite session leader to participant
Send an email to the session leaders to invite them to the participant registration.
OTHER
Personal message
The basis email for a personal message that can be sent to any session leader. At the moment you want to sent this email, you can add/change the basic email text.
On the 'Salutations' tab you can set the salutation for the public module. Use the 'Restore default' button to change the salutations back to the default. These salutations are used when sending emails to your session leaders.
You can set up a separate salutation for each selected gender.
Two salutations require some explanation. 'Unknown' is used when no gender has been specified for the session leader and 'Neutral' is used when the gender for neutral has been selected.
On the 'From & BCC' tab you can check and change all From and BCC email addresses you use for this congress and module.
Click the 'Edit' button at the top of the page to make changes.
