You can create an invoice template which will serve as a basis for all new congresses.
Please go to 'Finance' in the blue menu and choose 'Invoice templates'.
On this page all participant and group invoices, credit notes and reminders are listed.
Since the way to create a template is the same for all invoice types, we only show an example of an invoice template in the example below.
After choosing a report and clicking the 'View' button, a new screen will appear.
In the screen above you have to choose the language in which you want to create your invoice.
After you have chosen the language, you can set up the invoice.
Please note that this invoice template is used by default when you create a new congress.
If you want to use this template and want to make a copy of another congress, please uncheck the box to copy the invoice template from the other congress.
Please note that after you have created the new congress, with or without a copy of another congress, you can make changes in the invoice template in the new congress. These changes will only apply to that congress.
Besides the invoice templates, you can also set the default invoice styling for new congresses.
