There are two ways to see the sent invoices.
You can go to the Participants list -> edit a participant -> invoices tab
By using the PDF button you can view the invoice.
Use the arrows button to recreate the invoice and when you confirm the next screen the invoice will be sent.
Use the pencil buttonto edit the invoice. In the following screen you can make changes.
Use the show more button to show all created/recreated/changed invoices.
You can see all participant invoices sent via the blue menu Finances -> invoices
By using the PDF icon you can view the invoice.
With the green 'Download all' button you can download a zip file containing all participant invoices.
By default the name of your invoices in the zipfile will be: inv_Congress Code_Invoice Number_P internet ID (with leading zero's).
You can use a custom file name for the invoices in the zipfile. Please note that, if the new format results in duplicate file names, a number will automatically be added to the file name to ensure a working ZIP file.
You can add text and use the following placeholders.
See below for the characters and numbers you can use for the file name.
You can make a report of all sent invoices via the report option in the participant module -> invoice data
You can filter on a certain period and include or exclude the group invoices.
