In the group module you can make excel reports.
Please go to the Group Module -> Reports
Group Data
An overview of the registered groups including the billing address.
Group Participant Data
An overview of the group participants including the booked items, hotels and transport.
Booking Request Data
A list of booking requests and an overview of the approved, assigned and available bookings.
Group Mailing Status Summary
A summary of the group mailing statuses.
Cancellation Fee Data
An overview of the cancelled groups and their cancellation fees.
Payment Data
An overview of the payments that were made by your groups or manually entered into the system.
Invoice Data
An overview of the invoices that were created for your groups.
Group Mailing Data
An overview of the mailings that were sent out to your groups.
After choosing a report and clicking the 'Export' button, a new screen will appear.
Below is an example of the Group data export. Depending on the report you can make selections for the data that should appear in your excel.
The checkboxes at the bottom of the screen allow you to save/remember the selection you made or remove that selection.
On the Security tab you can set a password for this excel.
Please note that you can also set a password which will automatically be used for all excel reports in all modules you make. More information can be found in the Congress settings.
System Reports can also be sent to an email address. To send your report, please first apply the desired settings on the 'General' and 'Security' tabs of the report dialog.
Once you have configured your report, open the 'Email' tab and fill in the fields shown. Please ensure that you enter a valid email address. Once you click the 'Send Email' button, the system will generate the report and attach it to an email that will be sent based on the information you have provided.
