You can find the status of your webpage on the setup webpages of the abstract module. Please see picture below.
Below you will find an explanation about the status of your Abstract website.
When you setup your abstract module, the status of the module is automatic in the test modus. This means that once you have setup the module, you can test everything. Including really submitting abstracts and get the submission email.
- Test:
You can test your abstract module, including sending submission emails after submitting an abstract. No entries are downloaded and all submitted data will be removed once your site becomes active. Please note that once an abstract module status has changed to active, you can't change it back to test. - Active:
Your authors can request a user name and password so they can view, enter, add or change their abstract registration data. - Register:
Your authors may no longer request a user name and password. Authors who have already done so may view, add or change their abstract registration data. - Complete:
Your authors may no longer request a user name and password. Authors who have already done so cannot create a new abstract, but they can view submitted or change their not submitted abstract registration data. - View:
This means your authors may only view their registration data by logging in using their user name and password. - Closed:
This is how you close the entire abstract registration. No more user names and passwords may be requested and authors may no longer view, add or change their registration data.
