The 'Custom Templates' tab of the 'Custom emails' page allows you to create custom email templates that can be sent to your submitted proposers through the 'Mailings' tab.
In order to add a new custom template, click the 'Add Template' button at the top of the page and use the available fields to set up the configuration and content of your email template.
The next screen will appear:
Most fields are easy to fill in or have an extra explanation option
Some more explanation needs to be made about the template type.
By selecting the status, you get different placeholders in your letter.
Once you're satisfied with the setup of your new template, click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. Your template should now be added to the list and become available on the 'Mailings' tab.
If you would like to edit an existing template, simply click on the title of one of the templates in the list.
To delete an existing template, simply click on the trash can icon of the appropriate email template. Please be aware that email templates that have already been used in a mailing can not be deleted.
Use the 'Import template' button to import custom templates from another congress. Select the congress and choose the custom template you want to import.
