If you don't use the setting to automatically send the invoice with the submission email, you have to send the invoices yourself.
You can do that for one participant or in bulk.
Send invoice to one participant.
Edit the participant via the people list in the participant module.
Go to the invoices tab:
Use the 'Preview invoice' button to view the invoice on your screen before emailing it.
When you click the 'Send invoice' button, you will first get a confirmation screen:
If you confirm, the email will be send. Choosing 'No' will cancel sending the invoice.
After you have sent an invoice to a participant, the screen will look like below.
You can edit the invoice to make small changes with the edit icon
When you save the changes you made to the invoice, you can view (click on the PDF icon) or resend this invoice via the blue button.
You can recreate the invoice
Tip: when a participant has paid the invoice, you can use the recreate option to resend the last invoice, but now with the paid amount on it.
You can also use the recreate option when the first invoice was sent to the personal data and it should have been sent to the billing address. After you entered the billing address (and your module setting is send invoice primarily to billing address), the last invoice will be recreated with the new address, but with the same invoice number, items, amounts etc.
And you can view the invoice as a PDF
Send the invoices in bulk
You can also send the invoices in bulk to more participants.
Please select the 'Send invoice' option after clicking the envelope icon in the people list.
Select the invoices you want to send in the following screen and click 'Send invoice(s)' in the bottom of the screen
Use the 'Checkbox selection tool' to 'Select From / To' and 'Deselect From / To' to allow you to quickly select or deselect a range of checkboxes. Click on one checkbox, then click on another, and both these checkboxes and all checkboxes in between will be selected or deselected.
'Select By ID' is only available when the table includes an ID column, and allows you to select your desired checkboxes by entering comma-separated IDs into the dialog.
Create invoices without sending
You can also generate invoices without sending them. Use the 'Generate invoices' button for this.
On the next page select which participants you want to generate the invoice for without sending it and click the 'Generate invoice(s)' button on the bottom of the screen.
