An equipment is virtually the same as a unit, except that you cannot specify a date, time and location. An equipment is a congress element that will be allocated to exhibitors at a later date, such as admission badges or electricity on the stand.

Adding an Equipment can be done by clicking the button.
The following screen will appear where you can setup the Equipment data.
Mention on invoice will automatically be checked when your equipment has a price and cannot be switched of. When there is no price, you can uncheck the box.
