Groups with 'collective invoicing'

Groups with so-called 'collective invoicing' pay every item from the group participants (all events and hotels).

In the download to Eventure, the group participants are connected to this group and all Events and hotels are connected to the group too. All events and hotels booked have to be paid by the group and are printed on the group invoice.
