Deactivate a congress

When a congress is over, you are able to deactivate the congress. When switched off the congress will no longer be displayed in the drop down menu ‘Conference ID’, but it will continue to be displayed in the ‘List Conferences’ screen. This increases the efficiency of Eventure as non-active congress details are no longer displayed.

If you need the data in the congress again, please check the box at 'Active conference' and the congress is visible in the drop down and can be selected.
