The 'System Emails' tab of the mailings page displays the default emails that are included in the abstract module.
In order to view and configure one of these emails, click the 'View' button for the appropriate email.
When viewing an email you can perform one of the following actions:
- Click the 'Restore Default' button to remove the configuration and content of this email and restore to the default email.
- Click the 'Send Preview' button to send this email to one email address for one or more genders. With this you can send an email to yourself for testing purposes.
- Click the 'Edit' button to change the configuration and content of this email.
EMAILS
Abstract submission
After the author has submitted the abstract, this email will automatically be sent.
Author reminder
If an author didn't complete the abstract registration, you can send an email with the link to the welcome page to remind the author to finish and submit the abstract.
Abstract withdrawal
You can send an email to the authors to invite them to withdraw their abstract.
Invite author to participant
You can invite your authors to register for the congress via the participant registration website by sending an email to the authors.
Password forgotten
This email will be sent at the request of the author to reset the login details.
Password reset confirmation
This email will be sent to the author after the password has been reset to notify the author.
OTHER
Personal message
The basis for a personal message that can be sent to any author. When you choose to send the email to an author, this basic data will be in the email, but can be changed before sending.
GRANT APPLICATION
Grant application invitation
This email is sent to the authors to invite them to submit their grant application.
Grant application confirmation
This email is sent to the authors to confirm the submission of their grant application.
Grant application approved
This email is sent to the authors to inform them that their grant application has been approved.
Grant application rejected
This email is sent to the authors to inform them that their grant application has been rejected.
