Settings for images and files

The settings for the image, additional file and full paper uploads can now be edited in the page editor, if this feature is enabled for your congress.
For each item you can set the size and number of files that is allowed to be uploaded.

Please right-click on the 'Add image' button and choose settings.
In the following screen you can set the allowed extensions, max number of images (max = 4), the max size of the images (max = 20 MB), the names of the captions and their visiblity.

When choosing the settings page of the 'Additional file', the following screen appears.
Here you can also set the allowed extensions, max number (max = 10) of additional files and the max size (max = 20 MB) of the files.

Choosing the settings page of the full paper file, shows the following screen.
In the screen you can set the allowed extensions, the max size of the full paper (max =  20 MB) and you can enable the option 'Exclude from publishing', 

The author can check the box if his full paper file should be excluded from publishing.
