After finishing a registration the participant can tweet about his registration. Twitter creates brand awareness and social-media buzz around your event. It also gives your followers the opportunity to discuss your conference and to have direct contact with the organizer.
1) Login in to the Eventure-online back office and select the conference.
2) Go to the thanks page.
3) On the thanks page you will find the Social media button.


4) When the Social media pages opens, click on the Twitter tab to setup the twitter sharing option. The movie shows you in short how to set up.
Acivate twitter.
To activate twitter check the checkbox.

Tweet text.
When the participants tweets about his registration, Eventure can send out a predefined tweet text. This text must be defined by you. Make it a positive one. Like: "Yes! I have registered for the 10th conference of Parthen."
Hashtag (#).
Create a hashtag for your conference and use it often! Effective, memorable hashtags are one of the best ways to promote your conference. Attendees can use this hashtag to reference your conference in their tweets. An effective hashtag will gain popularity, and attendees will want to be involved in the discussion.
The hashstag of the conference you can put in the hashtag box. !!! Only the text without the #.

The URL to the conference website or registration website.
This is shown as part of the tweeted text. So the followers of your participants know where to go if they are interested.
Twitter account
If you don’t have a Twitter account, follow this link to sign up now! We recommend creating a Twitter name that includes your conference or organization's name to help build up your conference brand. But more important the participants can follow this account to obtain more information or communicate directly.
A participant can follow the conference twitter account in two ways.

Back on the Thanks page you will see a tweet button. When a participant (or you via the back office) clicks on it. The Twitter dialogue opens and a tweet can be send.

- Via: The twitter account filled out in this field is part of the tweeted message.
- Recommend: After the participant has tweeted about his registration he will see a new screen (in the twitter pop-up) where the account filled out is recommend to follow. He can choose to follow you now.
