View the hotel credit card guarantee of participant

View the credit card guarantee

It is only possible to see the credit card guarantee online. Go to the Query in the participant module, and then click the Hotel button. In the column CC Guarantee you will be able to view the issued credit card guarantee. Click on View guarantee to open the credit card guarantee for this participant.

Last four digits
Due privacy rules users may only view the last four digits of the credit card guarantee (by default).
If needed, the user can still view the full credit card guarantee by enabling this in the Account Info.

Note: Due to security reasons it is possible to only see one guarantee at the time. Only the PCO is able to see the credit card data, through the IP address that is secure. The IP Address is placed in the PCO site.
