To apply item settings to events go to the Registration details page and click on the tab Reg.items, see image below. Now click the button Items settings.
A new screen opens in which it is possible to configure all the events that are on the Registration details page.
Click the buttons on top of the page to toggle between the General and Category settings.
Event group: This enables the grouping of events. For example: This helps to prevent participants to be able to book events that are held simultaneously.
Id: Give all the events that are in the same group the same Id.
Minimum: This forces the participant to choose at least the given number of events in this group.
Maximum: The participant will not be able to select more than the given number of events in this group.
Visible for: When checked, the event will be visible for the Group module and/or Participant module.
Number: This is the number of tickets/seats that can be chosen for this event.
Max. available: This is the maximum number of tickets/seats available for this event.
Used: This is the number of tickets/seats that have already been selected for this event.
This enables you to split up the registration details page into more pages.
