The 'Session Proposals' page lists all currently created proposals within this proposal module, filtered by submitted proposals.
You can show or hide the accepted, rejected and / or non reviewed proposals by clicking the checkboxes at the top of the list.
You can also click on the clock icon in the list to view the activity log for the related proposal.
In the backoffice you can edit, accept or reject session proposals.
Go to the 'Session proposals' in the blue menu and click on the proposal you want to change, see screenshot above.
The 'Proposal information' tab shows all info about the proposal.
At 'Type' you can see if it's an open or closed proposal.
A few items on the screen need some extra explanation.
For example the 'Accept topic' button. When a session proposer proposes a topic, you can either accept or reject the topic via the 'Accept topic' button. You need to confirm to add the new topic (which will automatically create a new topic and apply it to the abstract).
In the top of the screen some icons are shown.
With the envelop icon you can resend the submission mail in case your session proposer didn't receive it.
By using the 'Accept' and 'Reject' buttons you can accept or reject a proposal.
When you accept a proposal, you have the possibility to exclude this proposal from being reviewed.
When you reject a proposal, you have the possibility to add a reason why it's rejected.
The status and reason for rejection can be found in the session proposal part on top of the screen.
The PDF icon allows you to make a PDF file of the proposal.
Via the 'Edit' button, you can make changes to the proposal.
The 'Abstract & author proposals' tab shows all abstracts and authors included in this session proposal.
To view one of the displayed abstracts or authors, simply click on the titles or names shown in the list.
For a closed proposal, you can send all of the unsent author invitations by clicking the 'Send Invitations' button at the top of the page. The authors will be invited to check and finish their abstracts.
You can also exclude all these abstracts from the Review / SC process by clicking the 'Include In / Exclude From Review & SC' button at the top of the page, or alternatively the 'Include / Exclude' buttons shown next to the abstracts to only include/exclude one abstract.
On the 'Mailings' tab all sent mails are listed.
By clicking on the blue title of the email template you can see the email text and you have the possibility to resend the email in case the contact person didn't receive the email.
