The online reporting makes it easy to share lists and reports with organisers/clients within a password protected environment.
OFFLINE SETUP CONGRESS
Step 1: uploading the participant data (only for offline setup congresses)
If your congress is setup in the offline Eventure program, you need to do an upload to be able to show the participants information and events to your organisers/clients.
Go to the main module -> download button -> choose your congress and click one of the following buttons: 'Upload internet report data Participants & Outsiders' or 'Upload internet report data Participants only!'
You will first get a confirmation of your choice before the data is uploaded.
And after the upload is done:
Step 2: setting up the online page
Please go to the online Eventure -> Participant module -> Custom reports
In the bottom of the screen are a few icons.
The gear icon can be used to setup what your client can do/see in the online reporting.
You can either give your client the possibility to create new reports themselves or you can add some reports they can use or both.
The flag icons make it possible for you and the client to change the text on the page to the corresponding language.
The home icon brings you or your client back to the first/home page.
Step 3: creating a password
The reporting site is password protected. Please go to the Congress overview -> Congress accounts page.
You need to activate the link by clicking on the 'Activate' button.
With the 'Reset password' button behind the 'Reporter' link you can create a password. You have to send the link and password to your client yourself.
NOTE: for security reasons, please send the link and password in 2 different emails.
