When you setup your public site, you have to fill in the date of your congress first.
Please go to the public module -> page editor -> Scientific programme page
Locations
Via the menu 'Add location' you can create more session rooms/locations.
A new column for the new location will be added.
You can change the name of a location or delete the location by clicking on it.
It's also possible to add a picture of the floor plan.
By using the 'Order locations' option in the menu, you can change the order of the locations.
Click on the 3 grey lines and drag the location to the correct place.
Session colors
You can change the colors of the sessions or create more colors. Standard you have 4 color groups.
Go to 'Setup session colors' in the menu. You can change the color of a group or via the 'Add color group' add a new color group.
By using colors for the different type of sessions, it's easy for the participants to see what kind a session is:

In the top of the calendar you can click on the arrows to go to the next or previous day, or you can click on the day itself.
Menu
You can choose to use a menu in your calendar.
Go to the 'Setup menu' option in the calendar.
In the screen below you can setup this menu and an example is shown in the left corner of the screen.
There are several settings you can make. For example to hide items in the menu or automatically expand the menu when people visit the site. This provides quick access to search and view lists of all the sessions, posters and abstracts. When disabled the menu will initially be collapsed and needs to be expanded manually.
A 'Login Page' is now available for your public modules, allowing you to only grant registered participants access to your public program. Additionally, you will find a new setting in the Public Module Settings requiring these participants to have a neutral or positive balance, ensuring that only participants who have completed all of their payments are allowed into your website.
Please be aware that this page is disabled by default and must first be enabled on the 'Page Editor' page.
